Refund & Cancellation Policy

CloudTHQ LLC (“CloudTHQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom software development, dedicated remote team, and technology consulting services. Because our services are custom, project-based professional services rather than physical goods, refunds and cancellations are handled as described below and, where applicable, as further detailed in the signed proposal or statement of work for your engagement.

Project-based engagements

Project deposits and milestone payments compensate CloudTHQ for work planned or already performed up to that point in the engagement. Amounts invoiced for work already completed or in progress at the time of a cancellation request are non-refundable. Any portion of a deposit or milestone payment that corresponds to work not yet started may be refunded at CloudTHQ’s discretion, less any costs already committed on the client’s behalf.

Dedicated team & retainer engagements

For ongoing dedicated remote team or retainer engagements billed on a recurring (e.g., monthly) basis, fees already invoiced for a billing period are non-refundable once that period has begun. To cancel an ongoing engagement, please provide at least 30 days’ written notice, or the notice period stated in your signed agreement if different, so we can wind down work responsibly.

Requesting a refund or raising a dispute

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, or you are not satisfied with delivered work, contact us within 14 days of the charge or delivery in question at contact@cloudthq.com with your invoice or project details. We will review the request and respond within 5 business days. We aim to resolve billing disputes directly and in good faith before either party escalates a dispute through a payment provider or other third party.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the charge, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
